So far in this school year I have read two D.C.F books and those books are The Dunderheads and Anything But Typical but I am going to tell you about The Dunderheads.
In The Dunderheads there is a group of kids who hate there mean teacher and all of the kids all have special talents but there teacher went to far when she took away dumpsters cat that he found because he was going to give it to his mom for her birthday. And so they have to come up with a way to get it back before his mom’s birthday.

I like this story because it is all about teamwork and helping their friend find his cat. But if you are reading this and you think that it sounds babyish then you are wrong because this story is not just about friendship and teamwork but it is an intense fun to read story and I suggest that if you are looking for a good short book to read this is the one for you.
